Welcome Home Ceremony
There was Welcome Home Ceremony for the 301st Battalion at the SRC today. It was kind of cool that they held it on campus and it made for some different atmosphere rather then in a ball room or something along those lines.
Weather Professor
Nancy Selover is geology professor who created a new type of weather system for the state. It’s a really cool idea and students can get in on it. I always like shooting at this types of professors offices because they always have a bunch of stuff all over the place, makes for a nice atmosphere. This photo was also picked up by AP today for some reason.
Volleyball…yet again
Seems like I’m on a volleyball feature kick this past week. Same story as the other one. Show up on time, wait for a few hours and end up firing off five shots because they have practice. Guess it’s all part of the job, but I still love it.
Obama Healthcare Protest
There was a pretty good sized protest when the President came into town a few weeks ago. Always fun shooting these, there are so many interesting people that come out.
Volleyball Feature
I ended up waiting for about two hours at Wells Fargo Arena for everyone to show up and fired off two shots because they had to practice right away. I’m happy with it considering the time I had, but could of improved with more time.
