Supercross Testing

The Supercross season is 12 days away and the Solitaire team has been busy preparing.  I went out to their track over the past couple of weeks to see what they have been up to.

Coping with the holidays

Sam Valdivia was stabbed to death in April and these are two of his siblings.  The story that will be running is about families that have lost someone and how they will be looking towards the future and  dealing with the holiday season.  I originally shot this pretty wide, but decided it worked better tight.

What I saw this weekend

It was freezing Friday night as Mesa won over Mountain Pointe for a spot in the 5-AI finals.  Then on Saturday people were trying on hats at MacFest in Mesa.

Basketball Remotes

I finally got around to using a remote camera at the basketball games and for the first time I don’t think I did too bad.  It was kind of scary setting everything up at first, but exciting to see the final images.
